What is the Kina membership?
A flat monthly fee that covers your clinician, ongoing messaging, dose adjustments, and lab review. Medication and supplements are billed separately.
How much does it cost?
Membership starts at $39 for your first month, then $59 per month. The Membership plus NAD+ plan is $87 per month, all in.
What treatments does Kina offer?
Kina currently offers NAD+ longevity care, prescribed and reviewed by licensed clinicians as part of a personalized plan.
Are video visits required?
No. You start with a short intake, and a clinician reviews it asynchronously. Video visits are available when you want one.
Is insurance required?
No. The membership is a flat fee, which keeps pricing simple and predictable. Many medications and supplements are FSA and HSA eligible.
Do you take FSA and HSA?
Yes. Most medications and supplements are FSA and HSA eligible, and we provide superbills on request.

Is Kina available in all states?
Services are available in all 50 US states through affiliated medical providers and pharmacy partners operating in accordance with applicable state licensure requirements. Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. Pause or cancel from your account whenever you like.
How fast will I get my plan?
Once a clinician approves your plan, your first order usually ships within a few days.
