Questions

Frequently asked.

Still curious? Reach our care team and we'll help you figure out the right next step.

01What does Kina treat?

Kina offers physician-guided care across six areas: weight (GLP-1), energy and focus (HRT), sleep (HRT), skin (GHK-Cu peptide), hair (prescription compound), and longevity (NAD+ and glutathione). Every plan is prescribed and monitored by a licensed clinician.

02How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on the treatment. GLP-1 weight care starts at $169 for your first month, then $199/mo. HRT and other treatments are personalized by your clinician. There are no membership fees, and the price you see is the price you pay.

03Are video visits required?

No. You start with a short online intake, and a licensed clinician reviews it asynchronously. Video visits are available when you want one.

04Is insurance required?

No. Kina is a cash-pay service, which keeps pricing simple and predictable. Many treatments are FSA and HSA eligible.

05Do you take FSA and HSA?

Yes. Most treatments are FSA and HSA eligible, and we provide superbills on request.

06Who qualifies for care?

Adults navigating menopause and related hormonal changes. A licensed clinician confirms whether a given treatment is appropriate based on your intake. Not everyone will qualify.

07Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There are no long-term contracts. Pause or cancel from your account whenever you like.

08How fast will I get my treatment?

Once a clinician approves your plan, your first order usually ships within a few days from a licensed U.S. pharmacy in discreet packaging.

09Are the medications FDA-approved?

Some of Kina's treatments are compounded, meaning a licensed U.S. pharmacy prepares a personalized medication based on your prescription. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Every prescription is individually reviewed by a licensed clinician based on your medical history.

10Is Kina available in my state?

Services are available only in jurisdictions where affiliated medical providers are licensed to practice and where pharmacy partners are authorized to dispense medications. Availability may vary by state and is subject to applicable laws, regulations, and licensure requirements.

11Who are Kina's clinical providers?

Our clinical providers are Arora Health & Aesthetics, LLC, located at 300 Lenora Street, Seattle, WA 98121. They can be contacted at medicalcompliance@arorahealthgroup.com. Visit arora-health.com for more information.

12Which pharmacy fulfills my prescriptions?

Prescriptions are fulfilled by licensed U.S. partner pharmacies. Certain medications, formulations, or fulfillment options may vary depending on state-specific pharmacy regulations and dispensing restrictions.
