1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Kina Health, Inc. (“Kina”, “we”, “us”, “our”) website, mobile application, or any services provided by Kina (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
2. Description of Services
Kina provides a telehealth platform that connects users with licensed healthcare providers for consultations, prescriptions, and ongoing care related to NAD+ longevity and wellness. Kina is not a healthcare provider. Medical services are provided by independently licensed healthcare providers affiliated with Arora Health & Aesthetics, LLC.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services. Services are available in all 50 US states through affiliated medical providers and pharmacy partners operating in accordance with applicable state licensure requirements.
4. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Telehealth Services
The Services facilitate telehealth consultations with licensed healthcare providers. You understand that telehealth services are not a replacement for in-person care in all situations, that providers may recommend in-person care, that the laws protecting medical information confidentiality apply to telehealth, and that you may withdraw consent at any time.
6. Prescriptions and Medications
Prescriptions are sent to a licensed pharmacy for fulfillment. Our partner pharmacy:

Certain medications, formulations, or fulfillment options may vary depending on state-specific pharmacy regulations and dispensing restrictions.
7. Membership and Billing
Kina offers membership plans that include clinician access, messaging, and care plan adjustments. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges. Medication and supplement costs are billed separately. You may cancel anytime from your account settings.
8. Refund Policy
Membership fees are non-refundable once a clinician has reviewed your intake. If you cancel before a clinician review, you may request a full refund. Shipped medication orders are non-refundable. Contact care@trykina.com for refund requests.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the Services are owned by Kina or its licensors.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kina shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Kina's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
